How can I add a new period into Xtools+ to put data in at a specific date of a certain event occurring?

You have the ability to enter up to 10 key dates into your scenario.

This will create a new period (column) in the display section, where usually it is one column for one financial year there will now be two columns for that financial year.

Column 1 (1 July to Key Date)   

Column 2 (Key Date to 30 June)

To specify a key date:

Step 1: Select how many key dates you wish to add via the CALM > Input > Basic Details page

Step2: Enter the Key Dates and a description

NOTE: Adding Key Dates will create a new "Period" within the Display pages
