What can I do if the product information in Risk Researcher is out of date?

If you believe the product information is incorrect you will need to provide a Product Disclosure Statement or similar publication from the product provider showing what the correct information should be to your XPLAN site administrator.

This information can then be forwarded to IRESS who will review and update the product details as required.

XPLAN release updates to their product library on a weekly basis.
