A portfolio account may need to be removed if it was added by mistake or if it was added during the modelling phase when making a recommendation and has subsequently come through into XPLAN via a datafeed once implemented.

  • To delete a portfolio account, from the left client menu go to Portfolios --> Admin > Cash & Accounts 
  • Click on the X next to the portfolio account you wish to delete

Note: it is important to ensure that there is no datafeed attached to the portfolio account you are deleting. You can check which accounts are datafed from under Admin > External Accounts
