What items in XPLAN automatically create an income and expense item?

Asset Income – any assets added into the asset and liabilities page whereby you have entered the income generated from the asset. E.g. Investment property rental income.

Liability expenditure/repayments –  any liabilities entered into the assets and liabilities page whereby you have entered the repayment and expenses associated to the liability.  E.g. Mortgage repayments.

Insurance Premiums – the premium amount entered for any insurance policies entered into the Insurance page.

Annuity Income – if you’ve added an Annuity into the Annuities section in Client Focus, it will automatically create an income item for the amount of  income generated from the Annuity.
