* Your access to Delete and Purge Partner Options depends on the specific capabilities applied to your log in.

1. From the Key Details > Main Client Details Page of a client (You must be on the Key Details > Main Client Details page to access the Purge Partner Option)

2. Click on the Client and Partner name --> Purge Partner Options

3. Select Switch

4. Click OK

The partner will become the primary client entity. The current primary client  will be moved to the partner position. NB:  Any existing data saved under the client record only will no longer be visible. Example: If your FSG field is set to only display once on screen (for the primary client only) once you switch entities the FSG Version will no longer be visible on screen. Areas such as Reviews and Tasks may also be effected.
