Advice Wizard: If you're doing a risk profile questionnaire for your client, you can do it on the Advice Wizard > 1. Discover the Client> Risk Profile Questionnaire.
Fact Find Builder: You can also generate the risk profile questionnaire as part of the Fact Find Builder.
Risk Profile Questionnaire Wizard
Creating a Scenario: If you're doing this for the first time or for a brand new client, you will need to create a new scenario
Details Page: This page covers the information that merges on the front cover of the risk profile questionnaire. You can choose between client, partner, or joint, and include any related entities, date, time, and location.
Entering the Client's Risk Profile
Current Risk Profile: The client's current risk profile is viewable here. If the client doesn't have a risk profile, it will show up as NA.
Toggle Options: Toggle between client, partner, or joint to view and perform the risk profile for each entity.
Details Page
Viewing Risk Profile: View the client's current risk profile, description, and asset allocation. You can compare the client's current risk profile with other risk profiles on the system.
Actions Button: Allows you to change the risk profile, update target asset allocation from profile, and edit target asset allocation.
Changing Related Entities: Use the toggle option.
Changing Client, Partner, or Joint: Use the option on the top right corner.
Performing the Questionnaire
Entering Answers: Enter all the different answers from the client back into the system. The Centrepoint Alliance risk profile questionnaire is a point-based system.
Comment Section: Enter any commentary or reasons why the clients have selected this risk profile.
Risk Profile History: Automatically updates with any actions taken on the page. You can click on it to get the reasons and download the risk profile questionnaire result.
Updating Target Asset Allocation
Functionality: Changes the client's risk profile asset allocation back to the system weighting if it has been edited or customly adjusted.
New Advisors: Especially important for advisors that have recently joined Compass or CWT. Update target asset allocation from profile to match the system default.
