FAQ
Q: When will the new modelling screens rollout?
A: Updated rollout date is the 15th July 2025
Q: Will we have access to the test site?
A: No, test sites are restricted to site admins only. General access will being on 15th July
A: Can we still do transactions in the Display screen, or only in the Input screen going forward? Noting we sometimes do the workarounds in the Display screen?
A: Yes, you can use the Display screens to make adjustments or enter transactions as you currently might, or you can enter the transactions through either the 'SOP Transactions' or 'Regular Transactions' menus
Q: Do locked scenarios change to the new Xtools+ formatting?
A: Locking prevents changes, so they won't be updated with the new formatting
Q: Should we lock existing scenarios before 14th July
A: Lock scenarios that are complete but not yet presented, or those with manual adjustments you rely on. Otherwise, allow new Xtools+ updates to apply to WIPs
Q: Can we bulk lock scenarios?
A: Unfortunately not, this needs to be done individually
