FSG Modify ALL

This guide will demonstrate how to use the Modify All function to update the FSG fields in Xplan. To do this, you will need the "Modify all" capability, please contact Xplan support via 1300 557 598 to be granted this capability. 

FSG Fields to be updated

5 fields need to be updated in CWT for the provision of a new FSG.

Modify All Process

Modify All Process

Once you have your list of clients e.g. clients you have emailed the new FSG to, go to Functions in the left navigation menu then select Modify All.

To update the FSG Version Number, set the functions as below, select the new version, and click Run

Target Clients = All listed Clients

Function = Change… To…

Parameters = [FSG] FSG Version Number

You will receive a notification via the bell at the top right of CWT which will display the below message indicating how many clients were updated.

Repeat these steps for the four remaining fields.
