I have entered the client’s investments into IPS, but when I try to import them they are not coming through to Xtools+?

Firstly, check the settlement date of the transactions you’ve entered via the IPS page.

Then check the projection start date on the Input > Basic Details page.

Xtools+ will only include investments with a settlement date prior to the projection start date.

For example, if you’ve entered your investments into IPS and the settlement date is the 1st October 2022, then you’ve entered your projection start date in your CALM modelling to be 1st July 2022, the investments will not come through as it was not an existing investment at the 1st July 2022.
