Linking reviews to a task, thread or case

When a review is created, it can be set to create a task, thread or case from a template. The review can be automatically completed when the task, thread, or case is completed.

Linking of a task, thread or case template to a review type can be set at the user group level=> Search up your group name => click into your group =>user group > admin > review

When a review is created, if the responsible user has the selected review type linked to a task, thread or case in their primary user group, a new task, thread or case is created. If a responsible user does not have the selected review type linked to a task, thread or case in their primary user group, then the linking in system settings will be used.

User group level

When linking a task, thread or case template, you can select whether you wish for completion of the workflow to also complete the associated review. Additionally, you can select whether you wish for a review to be created on task, thread or case completion. If you select the prompt to create option, when a user completes the task, thread or case, they will receive a pop-up with the option to create the next review or not.
