Email | Why is the Outlook Plugin appearing greyed out?

If you are using one of the versions of the Iress Outlook plugin and you have your 'View' set to 'Compact'/'List', then the Outlook plugin will appear greyed out from the main Outlook page. 

To file to Xplan, you will need to open the email in a new window (double-click). 

Alternatively, you could change your list view from 'Compact' (list) view, to 'Preview', this would allow you to file emails to Xplan from the Outlook main page, without needing to open the email in a new window.
