You can select to change the Aggregation and the Default View when looking at a client’s Portfolio position.
From within a client select Portfolio > Settings
Select the Default Portfolio Display > Chosen client or all entities (this determines whether you see all portfolios or only the client you click on when you enter the portfolio position screen)
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose View All, you will not be able to see the Admin option in Portfolios, refer to Why can't I see the Admin tab in Portfolios (IPS)?.
Select the Default Aggregation - We generally suggest choosing no aggregate across all options
If you choose to show the aggregate, XPLAN will group together accounts or holdings that are the same. e.g. if a client holds BHP in both an investment and a super account, when aggregated it will show the total BHP holding across both accounts.
