Accounts with no active BT Wrap datafeed at Iress were not included in Iress's migration therefore there's no history data before the accounts moved from BT Wrap to Panorama. In these instances you will need to use the 'create initial balance' feature in Xplan which will create a single line balance per security as at the time of the transfer into Panorama or you will need to create the history manually and lock the portfolio.

Create Initial Balance Feature

Note: in order to use Initial balance Feature, you will need to be logged in on a user that has Portfolio IPS and is the xplan user in which the mapping has been added against (likely the adviser), if the xplan user that the adviser mapping is added against does not have Portfolio IPS, you can request this be done by Xplan support or request the capability 'Administer External Adviser ID's'.

To use the initial balance feature, Navigate to the button > Integration > System Datafeeds

From System Datafeeds page, click Mappings > Advisers > Click on the Edit Pencil Icon for the Panorama datafeed.

From the 'Edit External Adviser ID' page, change Create Initial Balances to 'Yes'

Click

Once you have returned to the Adviser Mapping Page, click the action dropdown button and click Refresh Data (this will take take time) If you are only trying to refresh one (or a few) out of balance accounts, it will be quicker to refresh the specific accounts

Manually Rebuild Initial Balances

If his does not resolve the issue, then the initial balances will need to be manually created.
