HUB24 require advisers to register for a username and password to allow for datafeed export to third party software like Xplan or Adviser Logic. These credentials need to be renewed on an annual basis.

Generating Login Details on HUB24

Login to your HUB24 Adviser Portal.

Go to Settings > Adviser > Setup EPI Login > Create New EPI Password


When new credentials have been generated the expiry date will update to 1 year from the date generated.


Updating on Xplan

To use the initial balance feature, Navigate to the button > Integration > System Datafeeds

From System Datafeeds page, click Mappings > Advisers

The 'User' that the Adviser Mapping is added against will be the 'Vendor Adviser, it is best practice that the user selected is the 'Client Adviser' in Xplan.

When the correct user is selected;

If the adviser does not currently have a HUB24 Adviser Mapping, click Add Mapping.

If the adviser already has a HUB24 Adviser Mapping but it has expired, click on the edit pencil on the HUB24 mapping.


From the 'Add External Adviser ID' page, select HUB24 from the Provider dropdown menu, the credentials required will update.

You will require your 8 character HUB24 Adviser ID (usually numbers starting 13), as well as the EPI Username and EPI Password generated from the adviser portal.

Click , a notification will appear whether they are valid or not,

If they are invalid, check that there are no trailing spaces in the password or username when copied/pasted. If not, contact HUB24 with screenshots of Xplan and with credentials used.

If Validated, enter a comment with you name, date added and EPI Credentials used, this will be useful for troubleshooting at a later date.


The HUB24 datafeed will appear as a line item under the user it was added against, the new/updated adviser mapping can take 24-48 hours to register with IressNet
