After locating and mapping your clients account from the ‘System Datafeeds -> IPS External accounts’ page. Users will then need to navigate to your client, then to navigate to the Portfolios module to verify the underlying investments have flowed through to the client.

Navigate into your client, then to ‘Portfolios -> Portfolio -> Position’, then using the Filter Options, select your clients Ausiex account:

The Holdings Overview screen will then display if there are any investment options flowing through for your client.

If there are no investments being shown, the first step is to perform an account refresh, Noting this is only when there are no investment options present in the holdings overview page, press you clients name at the top of the screen, then select ‘External Accounts -> Refresh Specific Accounts for Client’:

As above, if your clients account has no investment options present in the Holdings Overview screen, select your clients Ausiex account (it will be labelled with ‘(Commsec Adv)’ in the account name, then also marked Yes to Override Date Locks:

The refresh may take a couple of minutes to process and you will then receive a notification at the top bell icon beside your name.

After receiving the notification at the bell icon, it may let you know the account is either balancing or there are issues present.

Navigate back to your clients ‘Portfolios -> Portfolio -> Position’ page, select the Ausiex account, then see if the accounts investments are present in the Holdings Overview section. If this section is still blank, you will then need to update the Adviser Mapping setting to pull through missing transactions.

We do note, the Ausiex datafeed is currently set from a site level to only feed through Buys and Sells transactions that occurred on the Ausiex platform, if you have transferred investments inspecie across to the Ausiex platform, by default there will be no transactions present and you will need to perform the below override to pull through the initial balance transactions, to equate for the inspecie transfer transactions.

Due to a limitation on how the datafeeds are setup by Ausiex, for assets transferred inspecie, there will be a single transaction on the date the inspecie transfer occurred to increase the unit holdings for the investments on the Ausiex feed. It will not bring through all the original trades that were performed on the prior platform, if you wish for these to be present for cost base modelling, you will need to manually recreate these trades.

Navigate to ‘Admin -> Integration -> System datafeeds’:

You will then need to wait a couple of minutes for the refresh to perform, then after checking the notification at the bell, refresh your page and you will then see your clients investments present.

If your client is participating the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for any of the Investments, you will also need to action the corporate actions through Xplan.

Navigate back to the ‘Adviser Mapping’ to revert the setting that you have updated to return your datafeed back to normal operation: ‘Admin -> Integration -> System datafeeds’, then ‘Mappings -> Advisers’:
