How do I search Client Linked Platforms

This guide contains instructions on generating a list of all platforms that have been selected for your clients Superannuation, Pension or Investment Platform accounts:

When in Compass, press 'Search Clients' then press 'Full List':

Next, update your Search Parameters, to segment your results based off Entity Status, Category or Adviser:

Once you have your target clients for reporting, press the 'Admin' icon (3 cog wheel) on the left to bring out the menu, then select 'Functions -> Export Data':

We then need to update the parameters at the top of the screen:

Partners -> Search Clients & Partners

Then select the menu 'Entity List Items'

Now we need to setup the Search Criteria and the fields to report on:

Scroll down the list and locate 'Asset', then press the expand icon on the left side:

Then in the sub menu, locate 'Platform Selection', after you press the checkbox on the left of the line, press 'Add Filters':

Update 'Operation -> Is Not Blank' then press 'Okay'

We then need to locate 'Retirement-Income' as a main menu item, and press the expand icon on the left side:

Then in the sub menu, locate and press the checkbox beside 'Provider' and 'Provider Name': Noting we also need to perform the same 'Add Filters' process to apply the filter of 'Is Not Blank':

We then scroll down further and locate 'Superannuation-Plans' as a main menu item, then press the expand icon on the left side:

Then in the sub menu, locate and press the checkbox beside 'Linked Super Plan' & 'Super Plan': Noting we also need to perform the same 'Add Filters' process to apply the filter of 'Is Not Blank':

Now that we have all the search criteria set, press 'Export' down the bottom right to generate the report:

The report takes about 5 - 10 minutes to run depending on how many clients you are searching for. When you receive the notification, download the Zip file and open the spreadsheets labelled:

- 'entity_asset' - Contains the details of the Balance Sheet assets with a linked platform

- 'entity_fund' - Contains the details of the Superannuation Plans and Platforms linked

- 'entity_retirement_income' - Contains the details of the Pension Plans and Platforms linked
